About

A creative, who believes in blurring the lines. Here is just a little overview of my journey thus far.

At 3yrs old I started a journey in ballet that I had no idea would unfold into the thread that has stitched my life’s work together. In tandem to this, a devotion to sport and all things physical, combine to help paint the canvas that looks like me in the rear vision mirror.


As a qualified Royal Ballet teacher, Choreographer, offering performance development for International artists (Christina Aguilera Performers), a passion for Ballroom and biomechanics, to Movement Coach who has helped cross train professional and World Champion athletes (Including 2 x world champion surfer Tyler Wright)…. It is my love affair with movement that has allowed me to apply creative direction to artists of all forms. 

Coupled with the joy of hosting my own podcasts, and having written a book about…tea. (Yes, I’m English!)


But it is my desire to inspire, create and connect that fuels my next stage. A journey to use movement to create a specific vocabulary within the art of storytelling. 


To help bring colour to the world and tell the stories that have a lasting impact.

I hope to share the path forward with you.
